Your Role: As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you’ll be the go-to insurance expert for our clients, providing exceptional service and personalized guidance.
What You'll Do:
· Build genuine relationships with clients through phone, video, email, and face-to-face conversations.
· Quote, write, and manage personal insurance policies (home, auto, etc.).
· Process policy changes accurately and efficiently.
· Answer client questions about coverage, claims, and billing with clarity and confidence.
· Identify opportunities to cross-sell and present new coverage options.
· Review policies for potential gaps and proactively offer solutions.
· Re-market existing clients with alternative carriers when beneficial.
What You Bring:
· Minimum of 3 years' experience in personal insurance (Required).
· Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving skills.
· In-depth knowledge of coverage options across multiple carriers.
· Attention to detail with a knack for multitasking.
· A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding customer service.
