Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week

Overview
The primary responsibility of a legal intake specialist is to set up and manage the processes of onboarding new and prospective clients who are a good fit for our law firm. Some critical legal intake specialist job duties are:
Key Responsibilities
- Interviewing prospective clients by phone and email to learn more about the Firm and familiarize them with their cases.
- Conducting primary research to investigate whether prospective clients' claims have merit.
- Evaluating prospective clients' claims to determine whether they're in line with the areas of practice and experience of the Firm.
- Signing up new clients, gaining a client's business
- Scheduling initial consultation appointments with attorneys for promising potential candidates
- Enter client’s information for incoming and outgoing calls.
- Excellent telephone speaking voice, direct, clear, and concise.
- Must be empathetic - Building trust through demonstrating a genuine understanding of the customer's situation.
- Strong negotiation and people skills, demonstrating consistent and effective communication skills.
- Sales experience is a strong plus!
- Candidates must be driven, resilient, and persistent.
- Must possess a solid hunger to succeed and grow.
- Enjoy working in a team environment.
- A natural salesperson, someone who can get clients to sign with us and who can handle all aspects of personal injury claims.
- Enjoys phone interactions.
- Someone fearless in going above and beyond for the client and the Firm will work flawlessly with our team of motivated and successful specialists and strong paralegal and administrative professionals.
- Ability to solve problems and manage multiple tasks at once.
- Positive and friendly demeanor.
Schedule
- Tuesday-Friday: 12:30pm-8:30pm
- Saturday: 11:00am-7:00pm
Compensation Range
$55,000—$60,000 USD
