As a Salesforce based firm, we're looking to bring on a Salesforce Developer who can accelerate our project rollouts, enhance integrations, and ensure data integrity. As we expand nationally, we need a dedicated, hands-on developer to optimize our Salesforce environment, streamlining workflows, and maintaining high quality data.
Responsibilities
$120,000—$180,000 USD
Benefits: Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, and batch processes to support business needs.
- Perform data scrubbing, deduplication, and on-going data hygiene to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Enhance our RingCentral and Salesforce integration, strengthening communication workflows.
- Leverage and develop new AI tools and automation to improve efficiency and decision-making, data integrity, accuracy and completeness.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce/Litify and third-party applications.
- Work closely with internal teams and leadership to understand business needs and implement scalable solutions.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce related issues.
- 3 years of Salesforce development experience, including Apex, SOQL, and Lightening components.
- Strong skills in deduplication, data cleanup and database management.
- Experience with APIs, middleware, and third-party integrations (e.g. RingCentral, Zapier, etc.)
- Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and experience building AI- powered tools.
- Ability to work closely with non-technical stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II, Salesforce Administrator, or similar preferred but not required
