Collect, and organize medical records :
- Contact healthcare providers, hospitals, clinics, and other sources to request and gather relevant medical records.
- Thoroughly review and ensure completeness of medical records, including diagnosis, treatments, surgeries, medications, and other pertinent details.
- Organize and maintain medical records in a systematic manner, both electronically and physically, ensuring easy accessibility for the legal team.
Summarize medical information :
Assist with case preparation :
Maintain confidentiality :
Communication and coordination :
Compensation Range : 45,000-$50,000 USD
Benefits : Full Time Employees and Part Time Employees over 30 hours per week
