We are seeking an Office Sales Representative to join our team! You will be responsible for expanding the company's book of business by selling various types of insurance policies and financial services to new and existing clients. Our suite of products include property, life, commercial and banking services.
Responsibilities
- Present and sell insurance policies to new and existing clients
- Develop and calculate suitable plans based on client's needs
- Resolve client inquiries and help resolve service matters
- Expand the business through networking and marketing products
- Comply with insurance standards and regulations
- Provide excellent customer service
- Professionalism and attention to detail
Qualifications
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related fields is a plus
- Ability to build rapport and relationships with a focus on customer service
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Must be able to obtain Texas Property and Casualty License
Compensation: $35,000.00 per year
