What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Care Technician - Salary Program Year Round Pay position at Brandon's Lawn Service?

Pay: $18 per hour, $35,000 per year - Salary Program. Full time year round pay. Winter pay gives you guaranteed hours whether we have work or not.
THE RIGHT PERSON: WE ARE LOOKING FOR ONLY THE BEST PEOPLE OUT THERE! Hard working, willing to do what it takes to get the job done, will work quickly with attention to details to get daily schedule of work done with quality (mow 20-30 lawns a day with 2 or 3 man team Landscaping Days), lives in the Barboursville to Dunbar area for a shorter drive to work, likes to work outside, attention to details.
Experience: 1 years prior professional lawn care experience highly preferred.
Growth - Potential to become a crew leader or take on leadership responsibilities.
What You Will Do:
- Lawn Maintenance (Mowing and Trimming). (New Top of The Line Equipment)
- Landscaping Refresh Projects (Trimming Hedges and Mulch).
- Sod Installation, Aeration, Fall Cleanups.
- Maintain clean professional appearance & positive attitude.
- Work with safety top of mind.
- Be a Team Player.
Schedule:
- BASE HOURS: Monday through Thursday 7:45am to 6:15pm. ( 3 Day Weekends! )
- Fridays and some Saturdays are required makeup days if it rains during the week to complete the full schedule of work.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver's License (REQUIRED).
- Reliable Transportation. (REQUIRED)
- Clean Driving Record Past 3 years. (PREFERRED)
- Ability to pass drug test and background check. (REQUIRED)
