The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Counselor to join our team, who can leverage their sales expertise to drive business growth, build strong relationships with potential residents and influencers, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive business growth by meeting and exceeding personal sales targets, and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to drive business growth.
- Manage the sales process from initial inquiry to residency, utilizing negotiation and persuasion skills to overcome obstacles and close deals.
- Provide timely and personalized responses to new inquiries, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the Director of Sales & Marketing to set goals, diagnose areas for improvement, and develop targeted sales initiatives.
Requirements
- Three (3) years of sales experience, preferably in a life plan community or related field.
- Current and valid driver's license.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong presentation and closing abilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new systems quickly.
