Brandon Wilde is looking for an experienced nurse navigator that brings compassion, professionalism, and strong skills to work every day. We want RNs who aren’t just a strong nurse but someone who wants to impact the lives of all the people they meet each day. We have competitive pay rates, low nurse-to-resident ratios, not to mention that you’ll get to work beside some of the best staff that you could ask for.
Qualifications:
- Must have bachelor’s degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing with a current and valid Georgia RN/LPN license and BLS certification.
- Three to five years of experience working in long-term care, post-acute care or other health care setting is preferable along with three to five years of organizational or management experience with an interdisciplinary approach to care.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for groups and individuals of different populations including persons with disabilities and dementia.
- Ability to work collaboratively with community management, internal and external resources/partners and communicate with residents, families, physicians, and staff.
- Effective organizational skills including delegation, managing multiple priorities, time management.
All new hires must be able to pass our preemployment screening process, which includes a fitness for duty physical, criminal background check, drug test and employment references as required by a licensed residential care facility.
