Your Role at BRC
- Drive Revenue and Growth:
- Utilize your established relationships and existing book of business to generate sales opportunities.
- Actively prospect, qualify, and close new business independently.
- Represent BRC’s full range of customized apparel and branded merchandise solutions.
- Relationship Management:
- Foster long-term client relationships through outstanding customer service and follow-up.
- Regularly attend scheduled meetings (Wednesdays at 10:00 AM) to collaborate, strategize, and share success stories.
- Operational Excellence:
- Maintain accurate sales documentation and ensure timely submission of finalized invoices for commission processing.
- Proactively communicate any needs or insights to maximize sales potential.

Compensation and Benefits
- Competitive Commission Structure:
- Under $1,000 Weekly Sales: 15% of net proceeds
- $1,000 to $3,000 Weekly Sales: 20% of net proceeds
- Over $3,000 Weekly Sales: 25% of net proceeds
