Job Summary
Brands is looking for an Inventory and Fulfillment Associate to help manage our growing operations. In this role, you'll be responsible for accurately picking and preparing customer orders for fulfillment while ensuring our inventory is organized and maintained efficiently. Key Responsibilities:
Order Fulfillment:
- Receive and review order requests, accurately pick items from inventory to complete orders from start to ship.
- Transport items to the printing and shipping area for printing, packing and dispatch.
- Verify orders for accuracy and quality before finalizing shipments.
- Prepare and organize orders for efficient and accurate packing, ensuring all items are correctly labeled and ready for shipment.
Inventory Management:
- Perform regular inventory counts and report discrepancies.
- Assist with restocking, organizing shelves, and maintaining accurate inventory records.
- Ensure proper labeling and organization of materials.
Warehouse Operations:
- Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a secure workplace.
Collaboration & Process Improvement:
- Work closely with team members to optimize order fulfillment processes.
- Provide feedback to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Assist in receiving and inspecting incoming shipments.
What We’re Looking For:
Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in order picking and inventory management.
- Ability to operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and forklifts (certification a plus).
- Basic computer skills to update inventory records and order processing systems.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
Experience & Education:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience preferred (6 months ideal).
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods.
- Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures.
- Good hand-eye coordination and mobility for order-picking tasks.
