About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Projects General Foreman to oversee and manage multiple construction projects with a focus on safety, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Manage multiple low- and mid-intensity conflict situations involving customers and subcontractors to ensure projects stay on track and meet customer expectations.
- Supervise and direct a crew of A, B, and C-grade craftsmen, ensuring safety, quality, and productivity on-site.
- Work closely with customer project managers and site superintendents to ensure project timelines are met and any concerns are addressed promptly.
- Read and manage customer production schedules, ensuring that projects stay on time and within scope.
- Regularly communicate and cooperate with in-house sales, engineering, project controls, and safety teams to align project requirements and ensure smooth execution.
- Identify, quantify, and mobilize the necessary materials, equipment, and manpower for each project.
- Travel extensively for site management, ensuring that projects are consistently progressing according to plan.
Key Qualifications:
- 520 hours of direct supervision on various types of projects.
- 10,000 hours of direct supervision in access work (scaffolding or similar systems).
- OSHA 30 Certification.
- Rigging Certification.
- Competent Person Certification.
- Construction Blueprint Training Certification.
- Familiarity with BrandSafway products and services.
- Ability to lead a team of mixed-level craftsmen.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to travel for work and manage projects at multiple sites simultaneously.
