We are looking for a Operations Manager. The operations manager’s role is to manage the day to day operations ensuring the safe and efficient execution of work. This position will require the coordination of all field operations and their integration with the back office support. The ideal applicant will be hands-on with each department to ensure all annual operating plan goals are met. This role will require coordinating with customers to deliver projects on time, addressing operational issues, and promoting a safe work culture.

Responsibilities
- Provide direction and leadership to the operations team; field superintendents, scheduling, and branch communication
- Ensure branch compliance with health and safety policies including yard, people and equipment
- Provide support for field employees and address concerns or issues
- Provide support for sales activities; project pipeline awareness, and priorities
- Provide support for drafting and engineering department
- Ensure all operations are carried out in an appropriate, cost-effective way
- Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
- Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
- Responsible for physical inventory and overall accuracy of materials management
- Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
- Formulate strategic and operational objectives
- Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
- Recruit, train and supervise staff
- Coordinate facility maintenance
- Division cost management
- Complete daily weekly and monthly processes in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivables
- Liaise with Payroll Department
- Liaise with HR Department
- Attend management meeting with division leaders
- Ensure that company is meeting its quality control criteria in all departments
- Maintain the highest levels of professionalism and customer service
- Associates or Bachelors in Business Management / Preferred
- Requires strong knowledge of and the ability train other in MS Windows & Office Products
- Requires the ability to present a clean professional image.
- Able to handle rapidly changing priorities in highly visible and stressful situations.
- Rapid learner with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced changing environment.
- Understanding of quality excellence concepts and processes.
- Ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and multinational environment.
- Ability to speak and communicate in English
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Moderate written and verbal communication skills
