- Analyze project activities on site to determine their impact on results and report accordingly, going beyond financial outcomes.
- Collaborate with Project Managers and Senior Leadership to prepare presentations, bids, and contract clarifications, attending meetings as needed.
- Assist in implementing tracking systems, time and attendance management, and client-specific software.
- Develop internal and external dashboards to measure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Prepare and communicate budget, variance to budget, and request log reports weekly, monthly, and annually.
- Evaluate forecasting, trending, and measuring actual performance against KPIs aligned with project contracts.
- Generate regular reports, including estimated vs. actual labor and materials.
- Manage Purchase Orders within company systems and reconcile discrepancies.
- Perform general office duties due to employee absences or increased workload.
- Verify and approve accounts payable activities, ensuring accuracy and addressing discrepancies.
