YOUR DAY AS A PRIMARY ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REP
As a Primary Accounts Receivable and Customer Service Rep, your day starts with a warm smile, ready to handle a mix of accounts receivable tasks and customer service inquiries. You spend your morning invoicing, applying payments, and managing accounts with attention to detail. When customers call in, you greet them with your helpful, friendly attitude, scheduling service appointments and answering any questions they have. Juggling numbers and people will keep you on your toes, but you manage it all smoothly, knowing that at the end of the day, you've played a critical role in keeping our operations running and our customers happy.

WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time role works Monday to Friday from 7 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM or 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM with occasional Saturday mornings (weather-dependent).
