WHAT THE ROLE IS ABOUT
As a Primary Accounts Receivable Specialist - Customer Service Rep, your role combines accounts receivable management and customer service responsibilities. Your day begins with processing invoices, applying customer payments, and managing outstanding accounts for our HVAC company. You also ensure that end-of-month statements are accurate and timely. In addition to these tasks, you are the first point of contact for customers, handling service requests, answering inquiries, and scheduling appointments. Your ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment is the key to ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
WORK SCHEDULE
This full-time role works Monday to Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM or 8 AM to 5 PM with occasional Saturday mornings (weather-dependent).
