• Qualifications:**
• Home Health Aide Certification or CNA License
• Valid CPR (in-person instruction).
• Eligible Level 2 Background Screen (we can check this with you).
• Proven home care work experience.
• HIV, Alzheimer/Dementia, Assistance with Self-Administration of Medications certificates.
• Excellent communication.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
