**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop business strategies and plans to drive growth and profitability
- Provide direction and guidance to direct reports in local and remote locations
- Create and maintain training programs for customers and staff
- Build relationships with other Topcon dealers to discuss customer service and support concerns
**Requirements:**
- Background in Positioning Technology hardware and software
- Experience leading diverse teams in meeting business objectives
- Strong customer service focus and excellent communication skills
