The Director of Sales - GeoPositioning will play a crucial role in driving the sales growth of our Positioning Technology business across Western Canada. This exciting opportunity involves working closely with our divisions to identify construction opportunities and execute our strategy. As our primary liaison to the Construction team of Topcon, you will be instrumental in positioning our sales and marketing efforts strategically so that Brandt is aligned to promote the leading technologies into the markets we serve.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Achieve sales goals for the long-term success of the Positioning Technology business across the company.
- Turn feedback and input from both Brandt and Topcon into future opportunities.
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing programs and advertising initiatives to drive sales growth.
- Provide a focused approach to GeoPositioning Positioning Sales (sales techniques, proposals, training, demonstrations, and customer events).
- Develop multi-level selling processes with end users and understand unique market challenges.
- Work closely with our wholesale team to identify new products and strategies to broaden our sales footprint.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Experience
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and goal-driven.
- Proven ability to build and grow sales in a team environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong planning, organization, and time-management skills.
- Minimum of 3 years' prior experience successfully selling related products in the Construction Positioning Industry.
- Must be familiar with Microsoft Office.
- Extensive travel will be required.
- Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally.
