What are the responsibilities and job description for the Territory Manager position at Brandt?
Brandt is currently seeking a Territory Manager for our USA locations. This position is responsible for the marketing and sale of the complete line of Brandt Agricultural products.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Market and sell budgeted annual product volumes in assigned territory
- Must be accessible to Dealers and in some situations, to the end-user customers
- Ensure all Dealers are capable of handling the Brandt product line
- Ensure dealers are educated on Brandt’s Terms & Conditions, and all aspects of Brandt sales, service, and finance
- Manage territory expense budget to meet budget goals
- Complete all sales documentation in a timely and accurate manner
- Keep current on product knowledge and equipment
- Keep current on customers’ business activities and needs
- Develop marketing and promotion strategies for territory
- Prepare customer status reports, including but not limited to sales call activity, closing, follow –up, and prospect reports as required
- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
Required Experience
Sales industry experience and / or a comprehensive knowledge of heavy equipment considered an asset
Ability to build relationships and prospect new accounts
Must be able to obtain or have a valid passport, and be able to travel internationally
A recent driver’s abstract will be required
Three to five years of relevant agricultural sales experience preferred
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills
