Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will collaborate with our existing team of A&P mechanics and two IA-certified inspectors to learn and uphold our company standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in aircraft maintenance and repair, along with a commitment to safety, professionalism, and teamwork.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on aircraft.
- Respond promptly to maintenance and repair requests.
- Conduct diagnostic tests and troubleshoot open squawks.
- Order, assemble, and replace malfunctioning aircraft parts.
- Ensure all aircraft meet safety and operational standards before flight.
- Follow directives from the Director of Maintenance and team members.
Requirements:
- FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) certification (IA certification preferred).
- Minimum of one year of post-A&P certification experience in aircraft repair and maintenance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work collaboratively within a team.
- Professionalism in both appearance and customer interactions.
