What You'll Do At BCCS:
- Be responsible for a caseload of clients, as identified by program requirements and in accordance with state regulations.
- Completes required evaluations and assessments.
- Documents all clinical services and interventions performed within the clients electronic record.
- Monitors client progress and adjusts treatment plans as needed.
- Maintains contact with outside providers to coordinate care.
- Responsible for meeting a minimum of 100 billable hours per month
- Responsible for clinical documentation in compliance with all standards and regulations
- Participate in meetings and events scheduled with the STARS program
- Confer with the Clinical Supervisor on a daily basis for casing.
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Clinical Supervisor.
- This is a community-based position, so work will be performed outside of an office setting at times.
Qualifications for the position are:
- REQUIRED: Minimum associate degree with CADC or bachelor's degree
- REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field
- REQUIRED: 1 year experience in the Substance Abuse Field and/or Mental Health
- PREFERRED: CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor).
- Within 2 years, you must have obtained certification as CADC.
- REQUIRED: Valid driver's license with 2 points or less. May need to use your own vehicle if a BCCS car is not available.
- From $21/hour
- Commensurate with experience, education, and certification!
- Monday – Friday
- 6:00 a.m. - 2:00 p.m.
