General Responsibilities
Position reports directly to the Executive Director and is responsible for developing, implementing and ensuring the timely flow of communications and organizational processes. Acts as liaison between Executive Director, staff and management team to strengthen and improve operations and community relationships.

Is knowledgeable of resident rights and ensures an atmosphere which allows for the privacy, dignity and well-being of all residents in a safe, secure environment.
Supports, cooperates with, and implements specific procedures and programs for:
Safety, including universal precautions and safe work practices, established fire/safety/disaster plans, risk management and security, report and/or correct unsafe working conditions, equipment repair and maintenance needs.
Confidentiality of all data, including resident, employee and operations data.
Quality Assurance and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
Compliance with current law and policy to provide a work environment free from sexual harassment and all illegal and discriminatory behavior.
Supports and participates in common teamwork:
Cooperates and works together with all co-workers, plan and complete job duties with
minimal supervisory direction, including appropriate judgment. .
Uses tactful, appropriate communications in sensitive and emotional situations.
Follows up as appropriate with supervisor, co-workers or residents regarding reported

Promotes positive public relations with residents, family members and guests.
Completes requirements for in-service training, acceptable attendance, uniform and dress codes including personal hygiene and other work duties as assigned.
Essential Duties
? Position provides hands-on, detail-oriented leadership in managing the fast-paced activities of the community.
? Provides project management support and handles administrative duties in a highly responsible and confidential nature including day-to-day operations.
? Serves as the Executive Director’s primary internal and external liaison.
? Manages communication needs on a daily basis with staff, management team and key relationships.
? Monitors assignments delegated to staff and facilitates timely completion.
? Works behind the scenes to solve problems, mediate disputes and resolve issues.
? Attends management team meetings, records and tracks follow-up action items.
? Identifies and resolves potential conflicts.
? Coordinates resources and information necessary to make decisions.
? Maintains all contact information with constituencies.
? Interviews, hires, motivates and manages support staff to maximize productivity and efficiency.
? Organizes meetings, attends and ensures participating managers are prepared for the meeting.
? Makes decisions and assigns work to other staff members as directed.
? Conducts research and disseminates information through telephone, website services and email.
? Organizes and maintains projects as assigned.
