If you love assisting people and have great customer service skills! This role is for YOU! Part-time : Sat & Sun- 4-9pm The Life Enrichment Assistant / Concierge attend to the needs of the residents who live in a wonderful Senior Living Community! What will you get to do as a Concierge?
Oversees small group activities with the residents.
Front desk duties to include answering phones, taking messages and monitoring front door entry.
Assist with dinner service for residents.
Deliver guests' mail and messages promptly.
Be fully conversant with new promotions, menu changes, scheduled activities.
Assist in family and resident requests when needed.
Plans, hosts, and serves evening snacks.
