We are looking for a skilled Care Manager Assistant to join our team at Brandywine Living in Melville, NY. In this role, you will work closely with our care management team to provide high-quality care and support to our residents.
About the Role
This is a full-time, part-time, or per diem opportunity with flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs. You will be responsible for assisting our care management team in delivering exceptional care and services to our residents.
Responsibilities
- Assist care managers with daily tasks, such as documenting resident information, updating care plans, and coordinating services
- Support residents with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility assistance
- Encourage socialization and engagement among residents through various activities and events
Requirements
- Valid HHA Certification
- High School Diploma or GED
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Compassionate, patient, and good communication skills
- Caregiver experience with seniors (preferred)
- Be vaccinated for the flu (during flu season)
