- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, and painting
- Respond to maintenance requests from residents and fellow associates in a timely and professional manner
- Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
- Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies, including tools and equipment
- Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained
Requirements:
- Prior experience in maintenance, housekeeping, and/or janitorial work
- A positive attitude and a love for working with people
- The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
