Main Responsibilities:
- Develops and implements a diverse Life Enrichment program to enhance residents' well-being.
- Regulates program content based on residents' capabilities and interests.
- Establishes a robust volunteer program that complements our offerings.
- Manages the Community Ambassador program and ensures Oral Histories are completed.
- Maintains knowledge of RUI policies and procedures.
- Fosters resident participation in Life Enrichment programs.
- Organizes special outings and assists with Resident Council meetings.
- Uses designated computer programs to create and distribute the monthly Life Enrichment calendar.
