Maintenance Professional

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of maintenance repairs, responding to resident requests, cleaning and preparing apartment homes for new residents, and ensuring proper storage of all maintenance supplies.

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as fixing faucets, replacing light fixtures, and painting
• Respond to maintenance requests from residents and fellow associates in a timely and professional manner
• Clean and prepare apartment homes for new residents, including but not limited to, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing
• Ensure proper storage of all maintenance supplies, including tools and equipment
• Continuously monitor all areas of the community and grounds to ensure they are properly and safely maintained

Requirements:

• Prior experience in maintenance, housekeeping, and/or janitorial work
• A positive attitude and a love for working with people
• The ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
