What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facilities Maintenance Associate position at Branex Group?
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Diagnose and Monitor plant operations including but not limited to plumbing, electrical, compressed air
Create specifications for preventative and predictive maintenance by outside vendors and assist in the execution of those activities
Address Facility related daily issues through work order system (Facilities Quick Track, FQT)
Provide Facilities Manager input and assistance on special projects (e.g. construction projects, equipment selection, cost-reductions, etc.)
Monitor and maintain building comfort level though the computer BAS system and daily audits
Develop specifications for capital expense along with executing the project from order to invoice approval
Ability to repair or modify items including but not limited to doors, furniture, plumbing, filters and other facility related equipment
Reliable, consistent attendance required.

Pay: $30.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
