Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Fabricate parts as needed to ensure optimal equipment performance.
- Read and interpret schematics to understand electrical systems and machinery layouts.
- Conduct field service tasks, including installation and repair of equipment at client locations.
- Operate scissor lifts safely while performing maintenance tasks at height.
- Utilize tools such as ohmmeters for electrical testing and diagnostics.
- Collaborate with other technicians to enhance operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs performed.
Skills
- Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with experience as an industrial mechanic or industrial electrician.
- Strong HVAC experience
- Ability to read and understand technical schematics and blueprints.
- Experience with welding techniques is a plus for fabricating parts as needed.
- Familiarity with operating scissor lifts safely in a work environment.
- Competence in using diagnostic tools, including ohmmeters, for troubleshooting electrical issues.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to maintenance challenges.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $24.00 - $30.00 per hour
