What are the responsibilities and job description for the Facility Administrator position at Branex Group?
Key Responsibilities
- Review, inspect, and maintain the facility and services: Conduct daily, weekly & monthly inspection reports and Support for employees, visitors, vendors, etc.
- Facility Management: Maintain/Purchase supplies and inventory
- Custodial, Office, Keys, etc.: Asset management, Schedule and organize annual preventative maintenance inspections, Waste services, and Security
- Departmental Support/Communication: Policy implementation/management, Support special events/projects, Coordinate and monitor vendors: services, billing, projects and Problem solving
- Administrative: Company vehicles and insurance, Business travel support, Company phones, and Security standard compliance
Key Tasks
- Support facility & administrative needs
- Departmental support and vendor management
- Budget Management
Experience Level
- Demonstrate to be highly proficient with computer technologies including but not limited to Windows and XP Operating systems, computer networking with the use of Microsoft Office Word and Excel.
Educational Requirement
- Bachelor degree preferred, facility experience preferred
Preferred Experience
- Past experience of ERP (SAP system) is recommended.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $70,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
