The Maintenance Manager for Manufacturing Floor Building Repair is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the maintenance and repair of the physical infrastructure within a manufacturing facility. This includes managing a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring the proper functioning of building systems (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, safety systems), and implementing preventive maintenance programs to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant operations.
- Hands on experience, ability to instruct or teach
- Basic understanding/experience of HVAC, Hazmat management and remediation
- Suggest and implement continuous improvement projects
- Energy Usage
- Machine Installation and Automation is a must
- Emergency Preparation and recovery, contingency planning

Pay: $96,072.00 - $102,737.00 per year
