Requirements
- Develop and implement detailed linebacker-specific practice plans: Focusing on technique, tackling, run fits, pass coverage, and blitzing.
- Conduct film review sessions: Analyzing opponent tendencies and individual player performance.
- Implement and teach defensive schemes: Specifically related to linebacker play within the Branham defensive system.
- Provide individualized player development: Focusing on strength, agility, and football IQ.
- Assist in game-day defensive adjustments: Communicating with the defensive coordinator and other coaches.
- Lead position group meetings: To review film, discuss strategy, and provide feedback.
- Maintain accurate player performance records: Tracking progress and areas for improvement.
- Ensure player safety: By enforcing proper technique and adhering to safety guidelines.
- Collaborate closely with the Defensive Coordinator: To align linebacker play with overall defensive strategy.
- Foster a positive and competitive team culture.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to $1,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- After school
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
