What are the responsibilities and job description for the Loan Processor II position at Brannen Banks of Florida Inc?
POSITION SUMMARY: Reviews loan application documentation for accuracy. Processing through funding of loan transactions. Communicates with borrowers, vendors, and loan origination employees to ensure loan transaction is completed in a timely manner and all required items are obtained. Maintains individualized pipeline to ensure all files are complete and in compliance with Banking Regulations as well as Brannen Bank policy. Pipeline will consist primarily of portfolio residential loans. Not a remote position; located in Inverness, FL.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Data entry and review of loan file documentation for accuracy and completion
- Verifies financial and income documentation
- Submits loan files to assigned Underwriter or Loan Committee, as applicable
- Reviews loan approval and works with borrowers to gather appropriate documentation to clear loan conditions
- Communicates with borrowers, vendors, underwriting partners, and loan officers to obtain needed documentation throughout the loan transaction
- Processes loan file from application through funding and disbursement
- Follow up on required documentation needed to complete loan transactions
- Order, receive, and review required loan documentation such as: Appraisal, Title, Survey, Pest Inspections, Homeowners and Flood Insurance, Flood Certification, Employment Verification, Credit, Housing Verification, Payoff, etc.
- Maintain loan notes throughout process to keep all parties informed
- Prepare and complete closing documents, review executed closing package, authorize funding disbursement
- Completes preliminary income review and documents findings for salary/wage earner, social security, pension or retirement income, as well as ensures all pages of required tax returns for self-employment income are provided
- Ensures that loan packages are processed and completed according to established policies and procedures
- Evaluate loans using discretion and judgement for accuracy, completion, and compliance with Federal and State guidelines.

- Complete all required training annually in a timely manner

- Attend and participate in required on site BSA/AML, IT, HR and Compliance in-service training programs as mandated by federal, state and local regulatory agencies and Brannen Bank policy
- Satisfactorily complete all required Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering/OFAC compliance training and comply with all regulations which apply within the scope of the position
Safety
- Report all accidents and incidents observed including all hazardous conditions and equipment to supervisor immediately
- Identify emergency situations and respond appropriately
- Operate all equipment in a safe manner
General Responsibilities
- Complete all assigned tasks in a timely manner as instructed by supervisor
- Adhere to work schedules in completing and performing assigned tasks
- Cooperate with department personnel, as well as other bank personnel to ensure that services can be adequately maintained to meet the needs of the client

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS AND EXPERIENCE
- High School Diploma or GED
- General knowledge of lending products
- Minimum 3 years portfolio loan processing experience
- Customer Service background
- Knowledge of PC skills to include Microsoft Office products
