- Provide accurate and uptodate information regarding travel services, attractions, shows and accommodations in Branson.
- Assist customers with bookings, reservations and ticketing.
- Provide customers with savings opportunities using promotional programs.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent experience
- Prior experience in a customer service, hospitality or sales role preferred.
