JOB SUMMARY
At HCW Hospitality, a clean environment is key to a great guest experience. As a Public Area Attendant, you’ll ensure that our hotel’s public spaces are spotless and inviting. Your attention to detail will help create a welcoming atmosphere that makes guests feel comfortable and cared for.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a Public Area Attendant, you’ll maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel’s public areas. In this role, you will:
- Clean and sanitize lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and other public areas.
- Restock supplies and ensure public spaces are well-maintained.
- Respond to guest requests and provide assistance as needed.
- Monitor and report any maintenance issues to the appropriate department.
- Maintain cleanliness of elevators, stairwells, and other common areas.
- Assist with special cleaning projects as required.
- Take on additional duties as assigned by management to support the smooth operation of the hotel.
WHAT YOU BRING

- A positive attitude and a commitment to high cleanliness standards.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of the role.
- Experience in housekeeping or janitorial work is a plus.
- This is an evening/nights position.
