Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the daily operations of our maintenance department. This role is responsible for ensuring the hotel’s equipment, facilities, and grounds are in top condition, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently.

• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and other systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment as needed to minimize downtime.
• Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment, coordinating with vendors as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests from guests and staff.

• Train and mentor team members to enhance their skills and performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in maintenance or facilities management, preferably in the hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general repair work.
• Leadership experience with the ability to train and supervise a team.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
