Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and welcoming In-House Frontline Desk Representative to join our team at Branson’s Nantucket. This person will be the face of Branson’s Nantucket resort and will welcome guests and greet people who are arriving to take a tour of our resort. This person will communicate with sales representatives and management teams on daily expectations and goals.
Essential Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive.
- Determine if any guests have physical restriction to be considered.
- Answer questions guests may have.
- Assign tours to the appropriate representative.
- Complete data entry and create reports daily.
- Verify guests’ qualifications for resort ownership.
- Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable.
- Back up for Kids room, Frontline Desk Representatives & TSO.
- Maintain InHouse profiles.
Requirements:
- Experience in receptionist, front desk or similar role. (min. 2 years preferred)
- Proficient with computer programs including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with office equipment (printers, scanners, fax machines, etc).
- Knowledge of resort ownership desired.
