What You’ll Do
- Oversee Daily Operations – Manage Front Desk, Housekeeping, and Engineering to ensure seamless service and efficient operations.
- Enhance Guest Satisfaction – Address guest requests, complaints, and incidents with attentiveness, efficiency, and professionalism. Follow up to ensure positive guest experiences.
- Maximize Revenue & Occupancy – Review daily status reports, monitor house count, and analyze variances to drive room revenue and efficiency.
- Recruit, Hire & Develop Team Members – Conduct interviews, build strong teams, and provide coaching to ensure high-performance culture.
- Manage Front Office Systems – Oversee software maintenance, report generation, and simple programming to enhance operational flow.
- Ensure Safety & Compliance – Lead accident prevention programs, enforce safety policies, and investigate and follow up on guest and employee incidents.
- Optimize Team Productivity – Prepare schedules based on business forecasts and payroll budget guidelines to maintain service excellence while managing expenses.
- Support Front of House Operations – Step in as needed to assist with guest services, reservations, and front desk operations.
What We’re Looking For
- 2 years of hotel leadership experience (AGM, Front Office Manager, Housekeeping Manager, or similar role)
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent experience (Preferred)
- Strong revenue management and operational analysis skills
- Hands-on leadership style with excellent coaching and team-building abilities
- Experience with hospitality technology solutions (PMS, mobile check-in, reporting tools, etc.)
- Knowledge of safety programs, compliance, and risk management (Preferred)
- A guest-first mindset with problem-solving abilities and a passion for exceeding expectations
