Duties

- Oversee inventory management, including ordering, receiving, and controlling stock levels to minimize waste.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Monitor food preparation processes to maintain quality standards and presentation.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff in culinary techniques, food service practices, and safety protocols.
- Collaborate with catering teams to plan and execute special events or large-scale functions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in accordance with health regulations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Chef
