What are the responsibilities and job description for the Litigation Legal Assistant position at Branum Law Firm PLLC?
Branum Law Firm, PLLC is looking to hire an experienced personal injury litigation legal assistant. We are located in our own building in south Oklahoma City at 9600 South May Avenue. We work primarily in a paperless environment and on Apple computers. You must type at least 60 words per minute and have at least 2 years experience in litigation with a different law firm or with a different attorney. Working for an insurance defense law firm or a plaintiff firm in the past is a plus. Trial experience is a plus. Must be able to work long hours, work well under stress, work well in a team environment, and have a valid driver's license. The firm offers no health insurance and no other "benefits" other than money compensation. If your have a lot of experience with computers, that will also be a plus, as well as experience with Dropbox, Adobe, Microsoft Word, Excel, Trial presentation, etc.
