Bartender

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team in Bear Brook Valley. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. You will work in a fast-paced environment, requiring you to be able to multitask and work well under pressure. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale establishment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry heavy weight
• Regular and reliable attendance

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certification in responsible alcohol service
• Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Knowledge of wine and cocktail pairings

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area
• Ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service policies
• Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless guest experience
