As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service by preparing and serving beverages in a timely and efficient manner. Your main goal will be to ensure that our guests have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Bartender in a fine dining or upscale establishment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift and carry heavy weight
- Regular and reliable attendance
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in responsible alcohol service
- Experience with inventory management and ordering supplies
- Knowledge of wine and cocktail pairings
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to guests
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area
- Ensure that all guests are of legal drinking age and follow responsible alcohol service policies
