What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Worker position at Branzak Enterprises?
Bear Brook Valley wedding Venue is looking for a person who can Provide maintenance services for the building, houses, grounds and events. Have a general working knowledge of electrical, Appliance repair, plumbing, painting, carpentry, landscaping and mechanical related work. Complete work orders in a timely, precise, and professional manner. Ensure at all times that the facility is clean, free of dirt and debris, and is a safe and acceptable environment for the venue staff, Events and visitors. Ability to work independently, work with other staff members and follow safety policies and procedures at all times. Work with staff to set up and break down wedding ceremonies. Ability to work weekends and flexible hour schedule.
Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 2 years maintenance experience.
Valid driver’s License
working knowledge of standard power tools
Mechanically Inclined
troubleshooting
Ability to stay level headed in tight deadlines
Bilingual Preferred (not Required)
