Role Description
Our Poolside Guest Service Agents assist members and guests with a positive and engaging poolside experience. Responsible for cleanliness, organization, and overall upkeep of the poolside operations during peak season. Poolside Guest Service Agents require attention to detail to maintain a high standard of sanitization and brand standard.
To be successful, you must enjoy being the go-to person for any and all needs. You must thrive in a high volume customer service atmosphere by using attention to detail and assist each guest as they are your own. You have the necessary energy and engagement to be the best ambassador possible for our wonderful resort. You enjoy working in a job that will bring new challenges every day, and have the adaptability to tackle those challenges and turn them into successes.
This is a part time seasonal position available from May 23 - September 15th 2025. Athletic Center Pool Attendants earn $18.00/hour. Schedules are available daily from 9:00am - 7:00pm with weekends and holidays required.
General Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with a smile as they enter the pool deck area.
- Maintain operational efficiency and guest satisfaction.
- Follow all safety regulations; maintain a safe and pleasant work environment at all times for guests, co-workers and yourself.
- Monitors operations daily using a checklist for cleaning and organization to support daily operations of the Athletic Center.
- Oversees and maintains the complimentary pool towel service by effectively replenishing clean towels in place of dirty ones.
- Assists with duties in and around the Athletic Center, including (but not limited to) maintaining facility cleanliness, serving food, bussing tables, cleaning/organizing locker rooms/pool furniture, etc.....
- Energetic, self-starter with strong work ethic.
- Exhibit a high degree of competence with supporting the guest experience.
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure.
- Responsible for the maintaining overall appearance of the facilities and surrounding grounds.
- Monitor daily, weekly or monthly facility maintenance of equipment/machinery
- Perform additional responsibilities and duties as assigned.
Experience/Qualifications
- Strong background and experience in upscale customer service.
- CPR/AED/First Aid Certification required
