Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our both officess: Braselton Smile Studio and Smile Studio of Buford. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining office efficiency, managing administrative tasks, and supporting staff in various capacities. This position requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Duties
- Strong leadership and teamwork skills to manage and support the dental team effectively
- Excellent communication and customer service to ensure a positive patient experience.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills to oversee scheduling, billing, and office operations.
- Problem-solving and adaptability to handle daily challenges and ensure smooth workflow.
- Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to anticipate office needs and improve efficiency.
- Typical Patient Volume: Approximately 30–50 patients per day across both locations.
- Types of Procedures Performed: Comprehensive and cosmetic dentistry, including veneers, crowns, bridges, dental implants, implant overdentures, extractions (including third molars), root canals, same-day crowns, dentures, clear aligners, Botox, fillers, and routine preventive care.
- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a smooth workflow and efficient processes.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and teamwork across departments.
Experience
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role minimun. 3-5 years of dental office management experience required.
- Knowledge of dental insurance, scheduling, and billing is essential.
- Education requirements-Certification in dental practice management or familiarity with Open Dental is a plus
- Strong background in human resources practices and payroll management is preferred.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service and team collaboration.
- Experience in dental office management is required.
