Responsibilities and Essential Duties include the following (other duties may be assigned) :
Software Tools
- Remain current with new technology on the market
- Assist in evaluations of new technology
- Support implementation of new technology
- Oversee maintenance of technology and versioning updates
- Maintain the database
- Template quality control and maintenance
- Tier 1-3 support of technology
- Facilitate trainings and implement best practices
- Support Power User Groups
- Feature enhancement capture
