Commercial Metal Framing and Drywall Foreman

Job Summary
Brasington Bailey is seeking skilled Supervisors to oversee commercial metal framing and drywall projects and ensure they are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate will have experience in construction management and possess strong leadership skills with experience as a Drywall Superintendent, Foreman, or leadmen.

Local projects in North Alabama

Duties
Supervise construction sites and coordinate tasks with subcontractors and team members
Implement and enforce safety protocols, including OSHA standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction documents
Utilize construction management software such as Procore/Plangrid to track project progress
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources effectively

Ability to represent organization in a professional manner at all levels

Capable of completing accurate field layout from the documents

Ability to coordinate manpower, materials, to install projects in a safe and productive manner.

Experience
Proven experience as a supervisor in the construction industry

Minimum 5 years' experience on commercial drywall projects
Familiarity with construction site operations and equipment
Knowledge of quality control processes and procedures
Salary Based on Experience

Pay: $25.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 52 per week
