- Monitor process levels, temperatures, pressures, and flow rates to optimize production
- Perform routine maintenance tasks to prevent equipment failures and ensure optimal performance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve process issues and improve operational efficiency
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Process Technology degree preferred
- 2 years of chemical plant operator experience; Polyolefin operations experience a plus
- Capable of physical demands related to this position, including frequent walking and standing
