Are you a results-driven leader with a passion for real estate and a proven track record in operational excellence? About the Role :

As our COO, you will :

  • Lead daily operations, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and profitability.
  • Collaborate closely with the CEO to execute the company’s vision and strategies.
  • Establish and optimize policies, procedures, and organizational clarity.
  • Drive company growth through strategic planning and operational excellence.
  • Inspire and mentor a high-performing team while upholding our culture of integrity and excellence.

What We’re Looking For :

  • 12–15 years of experience in commercial real estate, ideally in multifamily and office investment.
  • Proven leadership in operational efficiency, talent management, and financial oversight.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset with a knack for problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align people, processes, and priorities.
  • Experience with profit and loss accountability and organizational strategy.
  • A bachelor’s degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
  • Proven record of raising equity capital.
