The job holder will take charge of all marketing initiatives, including social media, digital campaigns, advertising, and creative projects. He / She will be responsible for creating strategic plans to establish and enhance our brand presence, allocating resources to different projects, and setting both short-term and long-term goals for the department.
Responsibilities
- Craft strategies for all Marketing teams, including Digital, Advertising, Communications and Creative.
- Plan, develop and ensure timely execution of the organization's marketing strategy to support business goals.
- Contribute to the overall sales efforts and company revenue targets.
- Design communication to create and build a positive brand image.
- Determine KPIs for the marketing team and department.
- Ensure apt dissemination of the organization's message across relevant distribution channels to meet sales objectives and brand awareness.
- Develop and execute strategic communications programs for external and internal consumption to support business goals.
- Ensure effective management and tracking of the annual marketing budget.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple internal stakeholders to add value to their key initiatives.
- Effectively optimize marketing tools and analytics to continuously improve Marketing ROI.
- Stay abreast of the latest industry news, external factors, and industry best practices.
- Conduct market research, pricing, product marketing, marketing communications, and advertising to execute a data-driven strategy.
- Ensure gatekeeping of brand awareness and experience both internally and externally.
- Ensure management of media, creative, event planning, and other 3rd party agencies.
- Coordinate stringent adherence to brand guidelines and uniformity thereof.
- Build robust relationships with external stakeholders and actively network with industry regulatory bodies and media personnel.
