**Job Summary:**
Under the direct supervision of the Front Desk Manager/Supervisor, this position accommodates guests by greeting and assisting them according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with a focus on hospitality.
**Qualifications:**

**Responsibilities:**
- Assist guests with luggage/baggage and show them to their rooms
- Valet park guests' cars if requested
- Develop thorough knowledge of the property, hotel staff, services, and guestrooms
- Upsell Resort amenities such as restaurants, golf, pool, and spa
- Act as an information center for guests by providing recommendations on local attractions
- Keep the hotel entrance, lobby, bell stand, and bell closet clean and organized
- Protect guest and Resort assets by following proper handling procedures
- Deliver guest amenities and handle guest inquiries professionally
- Review daily group cover sheets and event sheets to stay informed about meetings/groups
- Answer telephone calls promptly and courteously following SOPs
